  1. The prices indicated in this price list are exclusive of VAT and for goods delivered ex works in Ostiglia MN. Should the goods be transported to their destination with our means of transport, the relative costs shall be charged in the invoice at the rates in force.
  2. The goods always travel at the risk and peril of the purchaser even if they are delivered ‘free at destination’.
  3. Our machines are covered by a guarantee for manufacturing and/or assembly defects valid six months from the date of their delivery to the user. It is limited to the free replacement of parts recognised as defective and does not provide for the reimbursement of associated labour costs. The right to the application of the guarantee lapses if it becomes apparent that the purchaser has made arbitrary changes to the original design of the machine supplied to him.
  4. Any complaints must be made to the supplier within and no later than eight days from the date of receipt of the goods under penalty of forfeiture. (Art. 1495 of the Civil Code).
  5. Any returns of goods shall always be made ‘carriage paid’ and may only take place with the supplier’s prior consent.
  6. The delivery terms of the goods communicated to the purchaser are always understood to be approximate and therefore any compensation for damages to the purchaser is excluded if the supplier has been unable to meet them.
  7. The supplier reserves the right to change its price list at any time without prior notice to customers; therefore, invoicing of ordered goods will be made at the prices in effect at the time of shipment.
  8. The technical data and pictures of the machines published by the manufacturer are purely indicative. He reserves the right to change their characteristics at any time. The illustrations in all documents do not necessarily show the product in its basic version.
  9. Until payment in full, the goods remain the property of the seller, who reserves the right to claim them wherever they may be.
  10. In the event of delayed payment, the buyer shall be charged default interest at the prevailing rate.
  11. In the event of suspension of payment by the buyer, the supplier reserves the right to deduct from the amount received up to that date, the amount of charges and damages incurred as a result of default by the buyer.
  12. In the event of a dispute, the court of VERONA shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This price list cancels and replaces the previous ones.
