Rotary Tillers

Rotary Tillers for those who do not seek a loosened soil, but a prepared one. Designed to work in depth without damaging the structure of the ground, the Forigo Rotary Tillers guarantee effective crushing, homogeneous mixing and a ready seedbed in a single pass. They can be configured according to the type of crop, soil conditions and field needs.

Why choose Forigo machines?

Customization

Each machine can be configured with different types of rollers and rear accessories to adapt to the type of soil, whether flat or on ridges, and to the crop.
The working depth is also easily adjusted to obtain the desired finish.

Performance

The counter-rotating rotors crumble even the hardest clods, level the soil and aerate it without compacting it. The result: a seedbed ready in a single pass, with uniform and constant work over the entire useful width.

Durability

Reinforced frame, oversized reducers, protections on exposed components: everything is designed to withstand shocks, dust, humidity and long working days, even under demanding conditions.

Assistance

A wide network of dealers and the Forigo technical team accompany you before and after the purchase, offering quick support, punctual spare parts and advice adapted to every need.

Machines composed of a complete rotor with hoes that rotate in the direction of the tractor’s advance and a rear cover to contain the soil. The working depth can be adjusted with side skids, wheels, rollers or rear formers. The rotary tillers of our production allow a very high level of soil crumbling, even in the presence of weeds, crop residues and very difficult soils, finding excellent use both in the first tillage and in the second. The horizontal rotor of various diameters can carry different types of blades depending on the nature of the soil and the working conditions. The range consists of fixed machines, displaceable mechanically or hydraulically, and folding models up to 700 cm of working width.

Structural compatibility with medium and large tractors

All Forigo Rotary Tillers are equipped with a three-point hitch of category II and III, which guarantees a direct connection with most medium and large tractors in operation.

This type of hitch, recognized as a standard in agricultural mechanization, allows a safe and stable coupling, even in demanding working conditions.
It also ensures efficient transmission of torque from the tractor’s power take-off to the rotor, without loss of performance.

Forigo’s choice to maintain this universal compatibility is not accidental: it responds to a practical vision oriented towards facilitating daily fieldwork, avoiding special couplings or improvised solutions.

Working depth adjustable with millimetric precision

An effective rotary tiller not only crushes the soil, but leaves it in the exact conditions required by the crop.
That is why Forigo Rotary Tillers allow precise adjustment of the working depth, either through mechanical or hydraulic systems depending on the model.

This control allows the machine to adapt to the type of soil (light, clayey, stony) and to the humidity level, optimizing the tractor’s energy consumption and the efficiency of the process.

In addition, maintaining a constant depth is essential to obtain a uniform seedbed, promote root development and reduce the need to rework the soil.

Are Forigo Rotary Tillers suitable for all types of soil?

Yes. Thanks to their robust structure, reinforced side transmission and the possibility of configuring different types of blades and rear rollers, Forigo Rotary Tillers can work in light, clayey, heavy or stony soils.

In addition, the depth adjustment system allows adapting the work according to soil conditions and humidity level.

How can I ensure that the rotary tiller is compatible with my tractor?

All Forigo Rotary Tillers are equipped with a three-point hitch of category II or III, which guarantees compatibility with most medium and large tractors on the market.

To ensure correct integration, it is enough to check the category of the rear hitch of your tractor and the available power on the power take-off (PTO).

The Forigo technical team can advise you in choosing the most suitable model.

How can I adjust the working depth of the rotary tiller?

The working depth can be adjusted through mechanical or hydraulic systems, depending on the model.

The adjustable rear rollers determine the level of penetration of the blades, allowing precise control according to the type of crop, soil structure and agronomic objective.

This adjustment is fundamental to guarantee a uniform seedbed and avoid subsoil compaction.

Do you offer assistance for assembly and maintenance?

Yes. Forigo offers specialized technical assistance both during the installation phase and for regular maintenance.

The network of authorized dealers and the Forigo after-sales service are available to answer questions, supply spare parts and ensure that the machine works in optimal conditions from the first day.

Where can I get spare parts?

Original Forigo spare parts are available through the official dealer and authorized service network.

In addition, you can contact directly the Forigo technical team for specific orders or to receive advice on wear parts such as blades, seals, bearings or protections.
