Horti Asia 2018: Asia's horticultural trade exhibition

The Forigo Team doesn’t stop even in August. One of our international destinations in summer will be the Thailand to take part at Horti Asia and AgriTechnica. The two fairs will take place in Bangkok from the 22^nd to the 24^th August and all the most recent development techniques for the horticulture, floriculture and agriculture will be shown. Discover in detail why this event is considered so important.

Horti Asia is catching on more and more within the continent and comes with success to its sixth edition. The fair has become the driving event in the Asian horticultural sector. Furthermore, thanks to the partnership established last year with AgriTechnica, even the agricultural sector will play a relevant role within the stand and the conferences.

The main purpose of the fusion between the two fairs is to realize an international showroom which could allow the establishment of trading exchanges between the Asian producers and the foreign ones. In this way, the exhibitors can present their products, machineries and innovative processes for the development of horticulture and agriculture. The visitors will gather, instead, data to discover how to increment the productivity of their businesses and then they will lay the foundations in order to establish trading relationships with the intent of opening up to the international market. The numbers agree with Horti Asia: in 2017 the fair registered more than a hundred exhibitors and nearly 8.200 visitors coming from 76 different countries.

The main engine of Horti Asia is the research of the quality of what is offered, even before the quantity.  Horti Asia is a 360 degrees event: in fact, a series of conferences are in schedule along with many different shows and the presence of a great number of exhibitors. Various topics related to the agricultural, horticultural and floricultural fields will be discussed during these conventions in order to give the chance to the participants to be always updated on the new technologies.

The location of the event is the Bitec (Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre), focal point of Thailand’s capital for meetings and exhibitions.
