FIMA Agrícola 2022: the edition you cannot miss

After a long wait, FIMA Agrícola 2022 finally opens its doors to exhibitors and visitors! As usual, the event that every year brings together thousands of companies operating in the agricultural sector will be held in Zaragoza, from 26 to 30 April. Five days dedicated to digitization, sustainability and training in the agricultural field: that's why FIMA 2022 promises to be a really interesting opportunity for growth! In its previous editions, FIMA Agrícola reached impressive numbers, marking, year after year, an exponential positive growth. In fact, the new edition scheduled for April 2022 promises to be characterized by an increasing participation and internationalization.

As mentioned earlier, there are many topics that will be explored at FIMA Agrícola 2022. Agriculture 4.0 and sustainable objectives dictated by the 2030 Agenda are confirmed as the pillars that will guide the five days of the fair. There will be several moments of meeting and reflection oriented to the knowledge of new sustainable business models to be applied to the agricultural sector.

But getting more specific, what are the numbers expected at FIMA Agrícola 2022?

• 11 pavilions distributed over an area of about 160 thousand square metres;
• more than 13 thousand exhibitors ready to show the most advanced agricultural solutions;
• 240 thousand visitors coming to Spain from all over the world.

Let us now review some of the contests and activities that will be held and will take place in the new edition of FIMA Agrícola!

It starts with the Technical Innovation Contest during which the most avant-garde agricultural solutions will be evaluated and awarded, created by companies engaged in projects aimed at making modern agriculture even more digital and sustainable. The jury of the competition can count on the presence of prominent players who have been dedicated to the theme of agriculture 4.0 for several years, inspiring many farms.

This is followed by the FIMA Excellent Award: the prize that recognises and rewards the work of those agricultural companies that, thanks to the use of innovative resources and materials, contribute positively to the growth of the sector. The development of technical solutions - high-performance but at the same time environmentally friendly - applicable to today's market will therefore be the focus of this specific event.

In line with the plans for FIMA Agrícola 2022, the participation of Forigo Roter Italia is also guaranteed. The team will participate in the new edition of the Spanish fair with the same enthusiasm and determination as always.
