Basic machine

MODULA PRO is an innovative, totally electric and electronically controlled mulcher-seeder that allows you to sow crops through mulching films. The machine is made up of: a new concept mulching machine, equipped with an automatic cutting and tamping system, in which all movements are electric and managed electronically; a seeder with seeding and perforating elements that receive the seeds from the distributor and deposit them into the ground. Even the sowing part, being electric, is completely free from mechanical transmissions.

High modularity of the sowing elements

Modula PRO can be adapted to the most specific sowing needs. The machine, in fact, allows you to add or remove the sowing elements to the main frame very quickly and easily, without limits on distance and position.

Maximum flexibility in regulating the sowing distance

The fully electric sowing, drilling and removable elements allow maximum flexibility in regulating the sowing distances on the line. The seed distributor automatically synchronizes with the perforating elements and is fixed on the single module. With Modula PRO, by varying the number of “noses” present on the distributor, it is possible to vary the sowing distance on the row.

Management system for quincunx sowing (the only one existing on seeders that operate on mulching film)

The quincunx is a planting layout used in horticulture for crops in spaced rows subject to transplantation. Exclusively, MODULA PRO also offers this opportunity for sowing and in particular for sowing on mulch film. The simultaneous laying of the mulching film allows simplification of field operations.

Management and Control directly from the driving seat

The sowing modules, like the mulching parts, communicate with each other using the CAN-BUS protocol, which allows total control through the display. Directly from the driving seat, again via the display, it is possible to activate the linear or quincunx sowing function (which allows the seeds to be placed alternately).

Equipment

As an option, Modula PRO can be equipped with:

Optical sensor for detecting the fall of one or more seeds towards the piercing element, reducing failures to a minimum.
The CAN module for collecting and sending to the Cloud all data regarding the machine, sowing, alarms and maintenance.
