The symbolic product of this edition is the cherry, so that Macfrut will host the International Cherry Symposium, an event that will take place during the exhibition period from 4 to 6 May. But the news does not end here! Let's see the entire program together to find out about all the proposed initiatives.

From May 4th it will be possible to access the various stands. Here the participants will have the opportunity to hold B2B meetings and to take part in other opportunities for discussion such as conferences, meetings and discussions. Opportunities to acquire a deeper knowledge of the sector and encourage the launch of new business initiatives.

The last day, May 6th, will instead be dedicated to a tour of the main cherry producers to experience product innovations first-hand. On this occasion, Emilia-Romagna – partner region - organized a conference to demonstrate its relentless commitment to supporting and promoting modern agriculture. An initiative that will focus on phytosanitary protection, water saving and biodiversity: all issues of interest for fruit and vegetables, widely supported by the Operational Groups for innovation.

In addition, 2 and 3 May are planned as additional days, dedicated to higher education in the Bertinoro residential center. A necessary period for participants who want to learn the know-how and technical specializations of the sector.

Well-articulated in its three main days, Macfrut aims to create great opportunities for all participants. For this reason, it has become an appointment that visitors, operators, and buyers cannot miss.

In this context of growing innovation, as previously mentioned, Forigo will obviously be present. The whole team is ready to go to the Rimini Exhibition Center, proud to show its cutting-edge and sustainable solutions to the general public.
